Kaynamaya başladıktan 2-3dakika sonra altı kapatılır ve mikserle 10 dakika çırpılır.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Şeker karamelize edilir ve üzerine su eklenip birkaç dakika kaynatılır. Etimekler tepsiye dizilir ve üzerine şerbet dökülür. Bu tatlıyı da o hamurları kullanarak yapmıştım. Şimdi gittiğim bütün marketlere bakıyorum aynısından bulayım diye ama nafile. Hep milföy hamurları küçük kareler halinde. Bu durumda milföyleri birbirine ekleyerek yapabileceğiz artık bu tatlıyı.&lt;br /&gt;  &lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ölçüler tamamen sizin tepsinizin ebatına bağlı. Oda ısısında yumuşamış milföyleri birbirine ekleyerek tepsinin tabanına seriyoruz. Kabarmasın diye üzerini çatalla deliyoruz. Sonra sevdiğimiz bir muhallebiyi yapıp soğutuyoruz ve milföyün üzerine döküyoruz. En son olarak tekrar milföyleri birleştirerek muhallebinin üzerine seriyoruz. Ben kabarsın diye çatalla delmemiştim. Üzeri kızarana kadar pişirip soğutuyoruz. Kıvamını kendim ayarlıyorum. Yumurtaların büyüklüğüne bağlı olarak un miktarı değişebiliyor çünkü. Bu kek normal kekelere göre biraz daha katı oluyor.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Kek 180 derecede üstü kızarana kadar pişirilir. Süt, margarin, sıvıyağ, kakao ve vanilya eklenir. Bu malzemeden 1 su bardağı dolusu ayrılır. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Karışıma un ve hamur kabartma tozu eklenir. Yağlanmış ve unlanmış kalıba dökülüp 170 derece fırında 25-30 dakika pişirilir.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Fırından çıkan kekin üzerine bardağa ayrılan karışım dökülür ve soğumaya bırakılır.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ben kek soğuyunca üzerine 3 paket sütlü çikolata (her biri 80 gr.) ve 1 paket süt kreması karışımını benmari usulü eritip döktüm. Çikolata donunca süsledim. Krem peynir ve şeker krem halini alana kadar çırpılır.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sonra birer birer yumurtalar eklenir. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Limon suyu, vanilya ve tuz da eklenir. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Son olarak da süzme yoğurt ve krema eklenip karıştırılır. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Pişirdiğimiz tabanın üzerine bu karışımı dökülür. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Kelepçeli kalıp kendinden daha geniş başka bir kabın içine oturtulur ve o kabın içine de 2,5 cm yüksekliğinde kaynar su konulur. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Kelepçeli kalıbın dışı iki kat folyo ile kaplanır (içine su girmemesi için). Fırının kapağı açılmadan 45 dakika pişirilir. Fırın açılmadan peykek 1 saat fırın içinde soğuması için bekletilir (çatlamaması için). 1 saat sonunda fırının kapağını aralanır ve oda ısısına gelene kadar o şekilde bekletilir. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Peykek streç ile kaplanıp buzdolabına kaldırılır. En az 1 gün bekletilir. O gün bugündür hep yapmak istemişimdir. Bugün yapmak nasip oldu sonunda. Yanlız haşhaşın tam tadı nasıl olmalı bilmediğimden, yaptığım çöreğin olması gerektiği gibi olup olmadığından emin değilim. (tarifte 250 gr margarin diyor fakat bana miktar fazla geldigi icin daha az yag kullaniyorum) Actiginiz diger yufkayi da yagladiginiz yufkanin uzerine koyun. Onun da uzerini margarinle yaglayin . Ust uste konulan bu iki yufkayi rulo yapin ve yuvarlayip buzdolabinda yarim saat kadar dinlendirin. Diger iki bezeyede ayni islemi uygulayin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Daha sonra bu rulolari 3 parmak genisliginde kesin. Kola kapagi kakaoya batirilip kurabiyelerin uzerine bastirilir. Hafif pempelesince firinda cikartilir.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Not:&lt;/strong&gt; Bu kurabiyeyi cok seviyorum. Tek dezavantaji icindeki nisastadan dolayi insanin agzina yapisiyor olmasi. Bunun disinda sivi iceceklerle cok guzel gidiyor. Tencereye sutu koyup kaynatin. Sonra pirinci ekleyip pisirin. Pirinc pistikten sonra seker ve vanilyayi ekleyin. Seker eriyince altini kapatip sutlaci kucuk kaselere bolusturun. Uzerine tarcin serpip sogumaya birakin. Bende artik pandispanya yapmaktan tamamen vaz gectim ve her zaman yaptigim kek tarifini uygulayarak rulo pasta yaptim. Artik rulo pasta yapmak benim icin bir kabus degil:)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Malzemeler&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 yumurta&lt;br /&gt;1 su bardagi seker&lt;br /&gt;1/2 su bardagi sivi yag&lt;br /&gt;1/2 su bardagi sut&lt;br /&gt;1 paket hamur kabartma tozu&lt;br /&gt;vanilya&lt;br /&gt;aldigi kadar un&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Kakaolu Muhallebi&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5 yemek kasigi seker&lt;br /&gt;2 tepeleme yemek kasigi un&lt;br /&gt;2.5 su bardagi sut&lt;br /&gt;1 yemek kasigi margarin&lt;br /&gt;kakao&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Suslemek icin&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Krem santi&lt;br /&gt;hindistan cevizi&lt;br /&gt;meyve&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Keki bildiginiz yontemle yapip yagli kagit serilmis tepsiye dokun. Uzerini bir kasik yardimiyla duzeltip onceden isitilmis firinda pisirin. Firindan cikardiktan sonra 5 dakika dinlendirin. Yagli kagitla beraber rulo yapin. Onceden hazirladiginiz muhallebinin bir kismini kekin uzerine surmek icin ayirdiktan sonra geri kalan kismini keki acip icine surun. Hepsini guzelce harmanlayip cheesecake yapacaginiz kaliba elinizle esit bir sekilde yayin. Uzerine pie fillingi doldurun.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Oda isisindaki peynire sekeri ekleyip mikserle guzelce karistirin. Daha sonra whip cream ekleyin. Yavasca karistirin. Bu karisimi pie fillingin uzerine bir kasik yerdimiyla dokup yayin. Birde ben yag olcusunu yarim bardaga indirdim. Bu pogacayi sık sık yapiyorum. En son yaptiklarim nedense hic olmadi. Hamurlari oldugu gibi attim. Kullandigim sivi yagi degistirmistim. Sanirim ondan olmadi hamurlar. Bu sefer riske atmak istemedim ve yag olcusunu azalttim. Daha sonra unu ilave ederek ele yapismayan bir hamur yapip kabarmasi icin ilik bir yere koyun.&lt;br /&gt;Kabaran hamurdan yumurta buyuklugunde parcalar alip acin. Icine peynir ve maydanoz karisimi koyup hamurun agzina elinizle iyice bastirin. Yaglanmis tepsiye dizin.&lt;br /&gt;Uzerine yumurta sarisi surup corek otu ve susam serpin. Tekrar kabarmaya birakin. Altlari kizarana kadar pisirin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Not:&lt;/strong&gt; Tepsi alsin diye pogacalari birbirine degecek sekilde yerlestirmistim. Kabarinca hepsi birbirine yapisti. Ince dogranmis biberleri, maydanozu ve sogani ilave edin. Hamur tencerenin icinde toplanmaya basladigi zaman altini kapatin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hamur biraz ilidiktan sonra ilk yumurtayi icine kirip hamura yedirin. Diger 3 yumurta icinde ayni islemi uygulayin. Hamurdan 1 tatli kasigi alip yaglanmis tepsiye koyun (hamurdan 1 tatli kasigi aldim fakat hamurlar pisince yumurta buyuklugunde oldular). Hamurlara mumkun oldugu kadar yuvarlak sekil verin. Parmaginizi islayip hamurun uzerini duzeltin.&lt;br /&gt;(Hamura daha duzgun bir sekil vermek istiyorsaniz hamur torbasina koyup sıkabilirsiniz.)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hamurlari 200 derece firinda uzerleri acik kahverengi olana kadar pisirin. Uzerleri kizardiktan sonra firini kapatip hamurlari 5 dakika firinda bekletin (cikardiginizda sonmemeleri icin).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hamurlar sogurken muhallebiyi hazirlayin. Sut isinmaya baslayinca yagi ekleyin. Muhallebi hafif akici bir kivam alinca altini sondurup ilimaya birakin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Muhallebi ilidiktan sonra hamur torbasina doldurup ucuna duz uclardan takin. Hamuru ustunu bu ucla delip muhallebiyi doldurun. Isterseniz hamuru bir bicak yardimiyla kenarindan hafifce kesip bir kasik yardimiyla da muhallebiyi doldurabilirsiniz.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hamurun ustune ise hazir cikolata sosu dokebilirsiniz. Kek kalibinin dibine yagli kagit koydum ve kalibin kenarlarini sivi yagla yaglayip unladim. Kek hamurunu kaliba dokup pisirdim.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Krema icin once unu ve sekeri daha sonrada sutu yavas yavas dokup top top olmasin diye surekli karistirarak bisirdim.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Not: Ben Saziye'nin (mutfak guncesi) yaptigi gibi krem santiyi kremaya eklemedim. Kremayi pastanin icine krem santiyi de ustune surdum. Ama bir dahaki sefere krema ile krem santiyi karistirip deneyecegim.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;En son asama olarak, kekin kenar kısımlarını bıcakla kestim ve robotta cekmek yerine elimle ufalamak zorunda kaldim cunku ispanagi cekerken robotu yaktim. Sanirim dugmesine gereginden fazla bastim yada robotun omru doldu :) Ilk aldigim robotuda peynir cekerken yakmistim. Anlayacaginiz bu benim hep yaptigim birsey:) Daha sonra keki ikiye kesip arasına krema, uzerine ve yanlarina krem santi sürdüm.
